Teen Yoga

Yoga offers teenagers self-awareness of their mind and body during a developmentally fundamental stage in their life. With many physical, neurological and social changes occurring as we move from childhood to adulthood these are challenging times.

We can improve the well-being of young people through the practice of yoga, whether at schools, in studios or at home. Providing students with practical strategies, a toolkit for life, they will be empowered with the capacity to thrive in all aspects of their lives finding a true sense of self.
